What happen when I fill out the form and click on submit ?
An email is sent to us with the design, quantities, denominations, colors and special instructions for your labels. If you have won an Ebay auction, once payment is received, we will email you the custom design for approval if the design differ from our sample design. Otherwise, we will email you the cost for your order and methods of payment.

What size are the labels, will these labels fit on my chips ?
We sell both 15/16 and 1 inch labels. These will fit most of the chips sold in stores, the Internet, or on Ebay. Most of the chips require 15/16 inch labels. The only chips that require 1 inch labels are the Nexgen, 13g casino, and texas hold'em chips. If you're not sure, use a ruler to measure the inner circle of your poker chips.

Can I submit my own picture or images to be used on the labels ?
Definitely. Please email us the image you want to use and we can help you add text, denominations and any color effects. There is a $10 customization charge to create a custom design.

Can I buy a different quantities other than 1000 labels ?
You can purchase any quantities of labels. We charge a fix shipping fee of $5.00 for USPS priority mail. Just fillout the form with the design, quantities, denominations, and colors you want. We will email you how much it will cost and methods of payment.

Is it difficult to put the labels on the chips ? Will I need a special tool ?
I take around 2 hours to put on 1000 labels both sides. Just peel, aim, and stick. Very simple to do. No, you do not need any tools. We have discover it takes much longer to use a tool such as a chipster. One great advice from some of our customers is to have the people you play poker with help you put them on right before a game. With the help of 10 people, it can be done in minutes.

Do you ship to Canada, if so, how much does shipping cost ?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Shipping to Canada using USPS priority mail cost $12.00. Shipping to UK cost $14.00.

Is there a different between regular matte labels and glossy labels ?
Glossy labels has a topcoat that gives the labels a glossy look and higher durability.

How well do these glossy labels last ?
We have these labels ourselves, and so far, they look brand new. Under normal play condition, these labels should last several years. NOTE: They are not waterproof or stain proof. Therefore, don't try to use them as coasters.

What kind of printers are used to print the labels ?
We use a high quality professional color laser printer. Our printer can print up to 1200x600 dpi.

Is there anything I can do to better protect the labels ?
You can purchase Krylon Preserve It and spray on your labels before you apply it to the poker chips. This will protect them from stain, water, and smudging.

How long does it take an average order to ship ?
We usually ship most order the next day payment is received. For custom orders, the time varies because we need to create the design, have the customer approve it, than we can print and ship. The total turnaround time is usually less than 1 week.
